A hobby I undertook a few years ago deriving of making my sister a sculpted polar face cake turned into a small side business that I didn't expect, which was making decorative bespoke designed cakes and cupcake for all occasions from: weddings, birthdays, christenings, anniversary's and milestone celebrations.
